Tekelia Kelly Bio Tekelia Kelly carries a variety of roles – entrepreneur, engineer, educator, editor and entertainer – but largely focuses on reaching and teaching students of all learning styles using custom-designed STEAM education. That's STEM plus the Arts, including singing and storytelling. Tekelia's state-of-the-art and technology-integrated curriculum offers creative and innovative 21st century learning. She is dedicated to empowering students one child at a time; and helping students "move full STEAM ahead" from home to school to work, more successfully. As the founder and owner of CHIPS Learning Services since 1995, Tekelia also is a STEAM Teaching Artist with Tennessee Arts Commission, Code.org Teacher, Maker Camp Affiliate, Holmberg Arts Leadership Institute Alum, and Tennessee Arts Academy Scholar. Her CHIPS business was recently awarded two grants from State of Tennessee Department of Human Services Vocational Rehabilitation Program to provide Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students ages 14-22 with disabilities.
