Come build with Cristol Kapp, Red Bank Elementary School's librarian and makerspace maven. Using simple tools (duct tape) and cardboard, young makers will create an epic, interactive space over the course of Maker Faire.
Mrs. Kapp is a certified school librarian with a Master's Degree in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has been with Hamilton County Schools for 8 years. She currently serves as the Membership Chair for the Tennessee Association of School Librarians. Mrs. Kapp was selected to be a STEM Fellow with the Southeast TN STEM Innovation Hub in 2014-2015; she is also a Teacherpreneur and school makerspace pioneer. She lives on the Southside of Chattanooga with her husband, Duane, and 3 children - Nathanael, Joshua, and Rachel.
